• Photographs and video of vehicles, machinery, equipment, work areas and completed work, where appropriate.
• Website and device information, such as IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, referral source and interaction data where collected through cookies or similar technologies.
• Marketing preferences and records of communications with us.

We normally obtain personal information directly from you through our website, email, telephone, quotations, contracts and on-site communications. We may also receive business contact information from your employer, colleagues, professional advisers, publicly available business sources or organisations involved in a project.

We may take photographs or video before, during and after work for condition records, quality control, service reporting, training, insurance or dispute resolution purposes. These records may show a vehicle registration, identifiable premises or other information capable of identifying a person.

We will not publish identifiable images of a customer's site, vehicle, equipment or confidential operations for marketing without an appropriate basis and, where appropriate, the customer's permission. Additional restrictions agreed with industrial or security sensitive clients will take priority.

We do not sell personal information.
